Previous Versions of Exchange > Exchange Previous Versions - Mail Flow and Secure Messaging Question 0 Sign in to vote I have downloaded the trial version of Sophos to try but it will not install the auto update. I get an error code 3057 and the message 'There was an https://community.sophos.com/kb/en-us/25286 unexpected error while attempting to create, repair or delete a user account.' I did read a fix to this which is to give your user account full permissions but this did not work. I am using Windows Vista Ultimate. Has anyone else had this problem and did you manage to fix it?
