This happens because there's more than one account activated for online access at your Financial Institution, and one of them is no longer enabled for online banking in QuickBooks. To fix the problem, you'll need to re-enable the account for online access in QuickBooks by following the steps below: From the Banking menu, select Bank Feeds and click Set Up Bank Feed for an Account. Follow the prompts to enable the account for Online Access. Once the account has been re-enabled, retrieve all your messages and transactions. From the Banking menu, select Bank Feeds and click Bank Feeds Center. Click the Sync button to update the account. Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. Was this answer helpful? I'm wondering if anyone else https://www.geogebra.org/m/PTQRstRC has encountered it or knows of resolution. The error simply says "Error number 361", and occurs after completing a successfuly online connection to the bank. My bill pays are sent successfully, and error 361 my transactions are downloaded successfully, but every so often I get this "Error number 361". This is not an "OL" error. Or, at least, it does not indicate that it is an "OL" error like other "OL" errors do. Does anyone know what this is?
