Testing with a web browser on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server can help to determine if web traffic is blocked.If necessary, arrange for firewall or proxy adjustments on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server that hosts the BlackBerry MDS connection service to unblock the web traffic.
