The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again. You're having problem because the object really doesn't exist in your htdocs directory. When I try to access the page https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Thread:Project:Support_desk/Error_404_-_Object_not_found._Internet_access_to_wiki/reply over the Internet, I get a Error 404 - object not found error. https://teamtreehouse.com/community/404-error-localhost I guess it has to do with som kind of file-atributes, but I don't know what. Localsetting or some kind of httpd? The host is running a cuple of virtual hosts that is working fine. I have added one more to point to the right directory:
