Back to top ↑ Cause The Microsoft Exchange server that the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is configured for is set to Auto Detect Proxy Information, or has incorrect proxy information entered. Back to top ↑ Resolution Either correct the proxy information currently entered, or remove the option to Auto Detect Proxy Information Open Internet Explorer on the computer on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. Select Tools -> Internet Options. Select the Connections tab LAN Settings Button. Configure the Proxy server settings correctly, or uncheck everything to not use any proxy settings.
