This, however, depends if your Service Provider supports the use of Username and Password at the bottom because some prefer to leave it blank. NB: still some "big" websites show this error. If somebody has a permanent solution will be appreciated. I have recently bought this phone from Amazon - sim-free! I have the correct settings sent to the phone, but cannot access the internet. I can get to the home page (Orange) but can go no further. There error 413 is also a button for MotoMusic but that won't connect either. I have tried the phone with my old Tesco Mobile sim and that too will not allow any internet access. Or that you can do these but get an error message (if so tell us what it is)? Hi, prking I get different error messages, mostly 413: page cannot be displayed or 500: internal server error I can get onto the Orange home page, but can't then click on any of the links, as error 413 above comes up.
