Have you done the rounds of your manufacturers to ensure you've got the latest drivers and firmware and also been to Windows update to see if there's a useful update lying about there?I can also throw some more documentation your way from Apple and MS:http://www.apple.com/suppo

He said it gives him a black copy then codes out. The copier worked for a day or 2 after replacing each part, but the code is back again. Any thoughts??? We have little experience on this model. Just to be thorough, I would mark the parts ('original' vs. 'new'), then try every combination. I have not had a reason to
