Please help me!By the way, if it helps any, I was buying the Dr. Horrible soundtrack. Out of 17 songs total, only two were downloaded successfully. The rest got -42023 errors. I was charged for all 17, anyway. I called Apple Support and we tried a few things which did not help. So I've used the Report A Problem option in Purchase History and I'm waiting for a response from iTunes Store support. Resuming the downloads obviously didn't help, so I restarted iTunes. Now the songs aren't in my library, and nothing results from the Check For Available Downloads menu option. I also reported this using the "report a problem" on iTunes store purchase history.Edit: I upgraded to iTunes 8 last night.Message was edited by: ILoveVerdi Helpful (1) Reply options Link to this post by Sally Pfeiffer, Sally Pfeiffer Sep 13, 2008 3:42 PM in response to ILoveVerdi Level 1 (5 points) Sep 13, 2008 3:42 PM in response to ILoveVerdi My situation is exactly the same as yours. Apple still hasn't contacted me, though, even though I reported

An unknown error occurred (-42023). Please check that the connection to the network is active and try again. I followed both of the solutions offered by Apple, but neither worked on any of the failed downloads. I then made the mistake of updating iTunes to 8.2.0, and restarting, which promptly removed the "Downloads" list in the iTunes Store sidebar altogether, leaving me no obvious way of downloading these tracks I've already paid for. The "Check for Available Downloads" item under the "Store" menu doesn't turn up anything. I've also tried returning the temp files to the ~/Music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Downloads directory, and relaunching iTunes, but this also does nothing. #1 magilum, Jun 14, 2009 (You must log in or sign up to post here.)
