Pretty annoying, cannot play my purchases since then. Apple Support has not been helpful so far. Let's try creating a new user account with full administrative rights. Log out of your usual account and log into the new account. (Don't use fast user switching to move between account.)Launch iTunes. (No need to add files, just let it open to an empty library.) Try the authorisation again. Does it go through without the error this time?(If so, just quit iTunes and log back into your usual user account to get to you normal library.) Il suffit d'ouvrir itunes une première fois en tant qu'administrateur. Pour cela, il suffit d'aller sur l'icône itunes de votre bureau. Clic droit puis « ouvrir en tant qu'administrateur ». Itunes doit s'ouvrir. Il va sans doute vous demander les infos sur votre compte. Remplissez les. Et voilà, normalement le problème est réglé.
