It was running smoothly when I tested it on my console, i.e. development PC. Then, I created a setup file of it using the InstallShield Wizard and tried to run it on a fresh test PC. The setup completed error 429 successfully but when I launched the exe file, it gave me the error "Runtime Error 429 - ActiveX Component Can't Create Object".. If the reference in your program is correct then that should not be an issue.
