I tried to find answers to this question in my manual and with the search but came up empty. I have the Infinity HU and this morning I was changing discs and after I ejected one disc and tried to put another in the cd player spit it out and gave me the 'ER2' code on the display and refused to accept any disc. Looking in the maual it just says to do a stereo reset but nowhere does it say how to do that. I couldn't find anyting on here and on that Hyundai Service site except that the chart on the service site says 'Replace CD Player' (can't recall if those are the exact words but it definitely said 'replace' something). I certainly hope that the unit isn't so bad that after owning the car for a month a CD error necessitates removal of the thing. So, I'm wondering how I can 'reset' my cd player (like the manual explains how to reset the moonroof) and get it to take my discs again. Also, I had been looking into getting a dvd receiver as an eventual replacement for the stock one (not with a monitor) and was wondering about the mp3 capabilities.
