I've already tried several things to fix this, validating the game several times, uninstall and reinstall, running in compatibility mode, checking my anti-virus etc, all of which didn't help solve anything. So i went to google and pcgwiki, which didn't help either, since the only thing i could really find was that this is apparently a common issue if you've pirated the game, which i haven't. :(I feel like i've hit a brick wall here, so if anyone out there can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. :) < > Showing 1-15 of 60 comments Zeldrin View Profile View Posts 18 Feb, 2013 @ 5:05am I'm not looking for a crack, and i've already solved the problem, turns out the game doesn't like being installed in an external steam directory. #1 Scott View Profile View Posts 16 Apr, 2013 @ 1:1

It offers modern procedures for forecasting, seasonal adjustments, and decomposition of time series that can be used without involved statistical reasoning. The book teaches, with numerous examples, how to apply these procedures with very simple coding. In addition, it also gives the statistical background for interested readers. Beginning with an introductory chapter that covers the practical handling of time series data in SAS using the TIMESERIES and EXPAND procedures, it goes on to explain forecasting, which is found in the ESM procedure; seasonal adjustment, including trading-day correction using PROC X12; and unobserved component models using the UCM procedure.SAS Products and Releases: Base SAS: 9.3 SAS/STAT: 9.3 Operating Systems: Windows Preview this book » What people are saying-Write a reviewWe haven't found any reviews in the usual places
