Unknown Error 5002 Itunes Store
I keep getting the following error from iTunes:"Could not rent "Movie Title". An itunes error 5002 when purchasing unknown error occurred (5002). There was an error in the iTunes store. Please try again later."Could you please tell itunes error code 5002 me how I can overcome this issue? I'm using Windows 7 on a PC. Spent over 2 hours on the phone with tech support and they were unable to resolve.I've found I can outright purchase content, but not rent content. Tried different movies for both my accounts in US & AUS. No luck... Was having issues with Mail accessing iCloud earlier too, but that has resolved now. Maybe they are updating something across iCloud/iTunes/Movies - as they've just added movies to iCloud, it could be this?
