Follow the steps below to do this. 1) Click Start 2) Click Settings 3) OpenControl Panel, and then double-click Internet Options or Internet Settings. 4) On the General tab, click Accessibility. 5) Click the following check boxes as necessary to clear them: Ignore colors specified on Web pages Ignore font styles specified on Web pages Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages 6) Click OK 7) Restart your computer for the changes to take effect. I took them out and it went ok from address book as well. I then put them back in but it still worked OK. I have put them into comments field now.
