File System Error 65535 Cmd
Well, after modifying the imageres.dll in System32 to gain ownership to use a theme, things have hit the fan. Icons in folders text error 65535 no longer show. The Control Panel shows up blank, and absolutely nothing can be launched without getting this error. I've searched and searched, but have yet to find a solution. I've tried renaming the file to http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-files/unable-to-create-file-with-file-system-error-65535/1c1ded6f-0c5c-464e-b3a8-71a11662b051 its origina. I've tried booting from the Vista disc. This simply boots Vista normally, even if I have no second boot device. I have tried booting into Safe Mode to no avail. My F8 will not work for the life of me. System Restore will not work, as I get the same error. I've tried powering down manually using the surge protector to get the prompt, but... wait for this. My keyboard ceases http://www.howtogeek.com/forum/topic/file-system-error-65535 to work and does not allow me to select any options for booting. I'm running out of options here and I'm getting very frustrated. Needless to say, I'm never again going to even attempt using a theme that requires modification of any System files. Follow these instructions: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....he-f8-key/ One reason that F8 won't work is when using a USB keyboard with legacy USB support disabled in the BIOS. Reports: · Posted 7 years ago Top Lougi Posts: 2 This post has been reported. You are a lifesaver for bringing up that BIOS setting. Flipped that on, and bingo. F8, Safe Mode, sfc /scannow, fixed. Reports: · Posted 7 years ago Top ScottW Posts: 6609 This post has been reported. Great news! I'm glad that worked for you. Re: HTC One M8 SMS Error Cause Code: 65535, Error Class: 2 joshbeverly Jun 13, 2014 7:41 AM (in response to Verizon Wireless Customer Support) I have plenty of apps, but none that should be affecting the text messaging. I've tried safe mode, soft resets, and hard resets. The problem is intermittent and I've been having it a couple times a week since I bought the phone. Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 3. If you think it is a problem with the card I can stop by a retail location. My brother also bought an HTC One M8 and has similar issues from time to time and he is in Denver. I've seen several posts for this
