I use the Verizon Connection manager software

to connect, and it informed me of new firmware and requested that I upgrade so I did. Within error 691 in bsnl broadband the week I began to have issues connecting, and staying connected when I did connect. I have random drop off issues and disconnects even in a broadband connection error 691 full coverage area. When I try to connect the first 2 to 4 times I receive a QA913 error, on the 3rd or so attempt it will connect and then stay connected for an amount of time that is quite inconsistant. Is there anyway

to back rev my modem to restore the old firmware so that I no longer have this issue, or is there a known fix for the problem I am having. Verizon's tech support has been less than helpful as always, and I will soon be moving into my new home and I would like to sort all this out prior to that so I can have a reasonable faster than dialup connection resource. Also to date, I have had some issues with my MBR1000 randomly loosing connection

with my modem as well. Is this similar to the issue at hand or any other known problem? Sorry to be quite the "newbie" in this arena, but I am reading as much as I can on the forum and I have found the information at hand quite useful and impressive. Talking to VW support, they cracked me up saying you got an update today. I said well couldn't the update have broken something? The person tells me, no the updates will only help you, not hurt you!!! They shipped me a new 150 which should come in today. Now I get "RAS Error 691 - Access was denied because the username and/or passwrod was invalid on the domain. Error QA920." Spent 1 hour on the phone with Tech Support Saturday night, they ran me through their script, with no success. I have v4.7.2 of VZaccess Manager, they say they can't escalate it unless I get the latest version... I installed VZaccess Manager and the UM150 on a Laptop that has never had either installed and I get the same error, so to me it doesn't appear to be a computer issue. I spent another hour on the phone Sunday, still no success, they put i

I have 14 cards that are getting this error and so far any fix they provide will last just a few days. Here is what we do to fix the issue, it works about 50% of the time. Open VZACCESS Manager, make sure you have the latest version. Hit Ctrl-T. It will bring up a window. Type: AT$QCMIPEP=1 Hit Enter AT$QCMIP=1 Hit Enter Alt-F4 (to exit) Try to connect. Once error 691 in a while the 760 would give me a red light to indicate no service. It is rare and I just let it sit a while and it eventually finds service and a strong signal within an hour or two.About a week ago, I was getting pushed to 1x from EVO, so I unplugged it error 691 verizon and plugged it into another port closer to my window that sometimes gets better signal. But the light turned red, and this is to be expected when signal issues arise like I was experiencing. I let it sit a while and tried again. Green lights, great I thought..Not great. First it would connect fine, but then go back to 1x mode right away. Annoying I just played in 1x mode a while, then it disconnected. Something that maybe happens a few times a month... so i reconnect. It tried (green lights and strong signal all over the place) it tries, fails. Tries fails. TRIES FAILS. ... then it starts giving me an error. (Ive tried in both moblink3 and the VZ utility as well as simply letting windows 7 detect and dial in. All methods worked in the past separately and have had no issue).I have attached the error. I have done NOTHING to this device to have changed anything like this. Its
