I have done some troubleshooting and can at defintiely confirm it is cisco vpn error 691 NOT a password/account issue. So, I think it may be something to do with the vpn error 691 the remote connection was denied authentication protocol, but I'm not sure what I'm looking for here. Any troubleshooting suggestions?
