It's been set up and has worked in the past but stopped working. Samsung customer support had me try to set up a new account but this error message pops up. They don't seem to have a clue. Or the default email app? You might try a different email app on the Play Store. Or a reboot. Or go to settings, apps, all - find your email app & clear data, clear cache & force close, then turn off your tab. While it is off, reboot your router & then try again. There are many possibilities & without a little more detail I doubt we will be able to offer anything more than general advice.
