to RSS Feed Highlight Print Email to a Friend Report 11 replies 67704 views Edited Jan 3, psn error 80710016 2013 Hey everyone, this is in regards to the issue of not being able to connect to the playstation store. I too have had this issue, psn sign up and I contacted Sony regarding the problem. What I was told was that it is a maintenance thing, and that you should attempt connecting to the store again within 4 to 5 hours of when you saw the error message for the http://www.gamespot.com/forums/playstation-nation-1000002/error-code-80710d36-28488082/ first time. I do not know personally if this is the case, but it is what Sony told me, so I am taking it as fact. Hope it works, everyone have a good day. I'm crossing my fingers. My suggestion for you would be to check when you get up next morning. It's happening more frequently now.I only got the 80710D36 error when loading the PS Store while on wireless (I was testing psn sign out to see if a faulty ethernet cable was causing the 8002AD23 sign-outs). Otherwise I could load the PS Store without trouble via a wired connection in a network, until I am logged out automatically a short time later. So far I haven't been signed out while being connected to the internet wirelessly....So far. .__.EDIT: lol 1 minute after writing this ...signed out of Playstation Network Error: 8002AD23 again. Not my ethernet. Not my network.
