Error 997 Shutting Down Essbase Service

Can anyone pls help me why its happening and how to resolve this issue? Or does 9.2.1 do away with that? I sort of don't think so. I know that Oracle essentially delicensed it by putting the 65,536 user code on the web, but Essbase is still trying to talk to the licensing service. I had one (thankfully, only one) 9.2 implemementation and they constantly had issues with Essbase and that Macrovision piece of wonderfulness. I hazily remember that they stuck the license server on the Essbase box itself to resolve their problem. Regards, CameronScoring disabled.
