This will scan your Windows system files for errors and repair any problems that it finds. More information on this error access violation tool is available at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833. Try running your model with your antivirus turned off. If the model runs successfully, turn antivirus back on and try again. If you receive the same or similar error, the problem is with antivirus interfering with TP+. In this case, add C:\Program Files\Citilabs and C:\Program Files (x86)\Citilabs to your antivirus exceptions list, which will instruct your antivirus product not to interfere with Citilabs software.
