There Was An Error Accessing Powerpoint Mac
vote I have been working on this huge presentation. When it was FINALLY done and the narration was
Powerpoint There Was An Error Accessing.
added, I attempted to save to desktop before uploading to MOODLE. When saving it kept saying that it was saving in Read-Only and asking me if I wanted to save
Powerpoint Error Accessing Mac
to a different name. I kept pressing no and trying to exit. It kept asking me to change the name. I finally pressed Don't Save. When I went to open the PPT. It is an old version. I had saved the newer version a bunch of times, as I was working on it all weekend. Now I am getting an error powerpoint 2013 repair error message when I try to open the saved file on my desktop. It is saying that there was an error accessing MacintoshHD:Users:ADMIN:Desktop:Project1Weather.pptx. It looks like it is trying to open in the background. Any suggestions on opening this file? It has to be here somewhere. Whenever I search, it comes up with the half-finished version from before this weekend. PLEASE HELP!!!! It would assist if you mentioned what Mac you have, it's date of origin and the OS you are running. And I presume when you say you have "PowerPoint 2008" you mean Microsoft Office for Mac 2008? Have you been using PP previously without difficulty and now have a problem or is PP relatively new to you. All these questions may seem tiresome, but without this background information, it's really hard to offer "any tips". I have a MacBook Air Mid 2012 with OS X (10.9.5). I believe the Microsoft PowerPoint 2008 for Mac came as part of an Office package on my previous Mac. PowerPoint worked on my previous Mac and on this Mac when my files were first migrated from the previous Mac. However, it has not worked for over a year. Sadly, I've no clue why it stopped working - actually I CAN build a presentation, but I can NOT SAVE it without receiving the error message re accessing. Hope this info is h
