Then ask for the patch that will fix the firmware problem with your CD drive. I received an email with one this morning and now have no problems burning from itunes. Note: it's not on the Firmware page yet, but they will send it to you if you ask them. Hope that helps :o) Reply With Quote « Previous Thread | Next Thread » Posting Permissions You may not post new threads

An unknown error occurred (2615)." I can then retry or go to the next disc burn. Retrying does not fix the problem. So far I have been able to backup about half of my music (4 CDs), but the other 4 I need to burn give me this error message. The only advice I can find about this error suggests upgrading from 7.3, but I am already using the latest version of iTunes (7.3.2.6). I am burning onto Memorex CD-R discs. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 08-19-2007, 12:23 PM #2 cjmnews Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Arizona Posts: 8,198 permalink Apple will ask you to try different discs. If one fails put it to the side and use another. Have you backed up your iTunes Library this week? If not, you are risking losing your music and playlists.... 08-19-2007, 01:36 PM #3 sillyberry Freshman Lounger Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 3
