Click here to download HJTInstall.exe Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop. Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop. By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis . Click on Install. It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop. Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis. Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad. Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" to copy the entire contents of the log. Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply. DO NOT have Hijackthis fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless or even required. cybertech, Mar 4, 2008 #2 Ben Clemons Thread Starter Joined: Mar 2, 2008 Messages: 17 Logfile of Trend Micro HijackThis v2.0.2 Scan saved at 13:32:23, on 04/03/2008 Platform: Windows Vista (WinNT 6.00.1904) MSIE: Internet Explorer v7.00 (7.00.6000.16609) Boot mode: Normal Running processes: C:\Windows\system32\Dwm.exe C:\Windows\system32\taskeng.exe C:\Program Files\Windows Defender\MSASCui.exe C:\Windows\RtHDVCpl.exe C:\Program Files\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe C:\Acer\Empowering Technology\eDataSecurity\eDSloader.exe C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe C:\Program Files\Launch Manager\LaunchAp.exe C:\Program Files\Launch Manager\HotkeyApp.exe C:\Program Files\Launch Manager\OSDCtrl.exe C:\Program Files\Launch Manager\WButton.exe C:\Program Files\Common Files\LogiShrd\LComMgr\Communications_Helper.exe C:\Program Files\Acer\OrbiCam10\OrbiCam.exe C:\Acer\WR_PopUp\WarReg_PopUp.exe C:\Program Files\Winamp\winampa.exe C:\Program File
