Says Tropico 4 has stopped running. Here is the crash file. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been toying with my settings for hours now downloading updates and everything, reinstalling and is of no use. I haven't even gotten to play it yet. [OSX and Windows] Discussion in 'Mods, plugins and tutorials' started http://forum.kalypsomedia.com/showthread.php?tid=13545 by TriggerWolf, Oct 10, 2014. TriggerWolf Moderator Moderator ようこそ! Welcome to my step by step guide to install SEUS (Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders) or any other shader pack on Minecraft 1.7.10 with Forge in Windows and Mac OSX! (Currently not compatible with 1.8 since Forge and shaders mod are not available yet) So... first things first, what will you need? (Will provide download links for each platform in their respective section!) Minecraft (of course... ) Forge Optifine (Not http://forums.kotobaminers.org/threads/step-by-step-guide-to-install-shaders-on-minecraft-1-7-10-and-forge-osx-and-windows.928/ mandatory but highly recommended for better performance! srsly guys, get it, you won't regret it) SEUS (What's the point of this tutorial if you're not getting the main subject?) So, without further adieu... こちらどうぞ! Windows I am running Windows 8.1 but, it is the same process for Windows 7 (I also assume for XP but with different paths later on) Now, I also take that you have vanilla minecraft without anything else, so let's start by downloading Forge... Step 1 - Forge! Here! This page should pop up... So, since you should be using version 1.7.10 and you are using Windows, click on "Installer-Win" for "1.7.10-Recommended" and you'll be redirected to the download. After downloading the file, just run it and this will pop up: It should automatically point to where your minecraft resources are located. [USER] means that your user name should be there. Just click OK to "Install client" and wait a few seconds towards success ... Now... to see if everything is right... run Minecraft. On the left, you can select the profile, so, if not already selected as Forge, just click on the drop down menu and do so. Then, on the right, you should see that but with the forge version you downloaded (In my case 1179 since I already had it installed). If everything went fine, press "Play". And you should end with this awesome screen also featuri

Errors like these usually result error cannot create from graphics card issues, such as not being able to support Pixel Shader 3.0. Could you also please confirm that your graphics card does so? If you're running dx11 fine it probably can but I figure it's still worth checking. What's more commonly the case when you have a newer graphics card that should be able to run PoE is that your computer may have an integrated graphics card that it's defaulting to. These tend to be significantly less powerful than their dedicated counterparts, which is what tends to result in this error. This is often the case on laptops a lot of the time, where they'll include both kinds of card for power saving purposes. If you think that's what might be happening I recommend following the instructions in this thread in order to ensure Path of Exile uses the correct card. You mentioned you've got an Nvidia card, so Path of Exile's profile will be under 3D settings in your Nvidia Control panel, and if possible it should be set to use your "High performance" Nvidia device. Please let us know if this problem persists, or if you have any issues doing this. Balance & Design Need help? Contact support@grindinggear.com Posted by Dan_GGGon June 2

SwiftShader.dll is a type of DLL file associated with Third-Party Software developed by Oberon Media for the Windows Operating System. The latest known version of SwiftShader.dll is 1.0.0.0, which was produced for Windows. This DLL file carries a popularity rating of 1 stars and a security rating of "UNKNOWN". What Are DLL Files? DLL ("dynamic link library") files such as SwiftShader.dll are small programs, similar to EXE ("executable") files, which allow multiple software programs to share the same functionality (eg. printing). For example, let's say you are running Windows and editing a document in Microsoft Word. The DLL file that controls printing does not need to load unless it's function is needed - eg. you decide to print your document. When you select "Print", Microsoft Word calls the printer DLL file, and it is loaded into memory (RAM) at that time. If you want to print a document in another program, Adobe Acrobat for example, that same printer DLL file will be used as well. Why Do I Have DLL Errors? Because they are shared files, DLL files exist outside of the software application itself. Although this provides many benefits for software developers, this separation also provides an opportunity for problems to occur.Quite simply, if Windows cannot properly load your SwiftShader.dll file, you will encounter an error message. Please see "Causes of SwiftShader.dll Errors" below for more information. When Do DLL Errors Occur? DLL errors, such as those associated with SwiftShader.dll, most often occur during computer startup, program startup, or while trying to use a specific function in your program (eg. printing).
