I've a process with a Transfer Ticket object (from SDM SOAP Operators) and I executed the process a couple of times without errors but one time I get error code the ErrorCode 1010 and I don't know why and what it means. Someone know what this error means? Is normal that processes failed sometimes without any apparent reason? Regards, Sérgio CastroMWNiebuhr Nov 15, 2012 4:45 PMCorrect AnswerThat is an error being returned from the Service Desk web service. ErrorCode 1010 indicates a bad session. For some reason Service Desk regected the sql error code Authentication Session for that Operator. Adding Exception handling to this and other SOAP calls to loop and retry the request should pervent the PAM process from getting hung up at this point. If this is a persistant problem you will want to discuss this with the Service Desk support team to see if they can help stabilise the Web Services.See the reply in contextNo one else had this questionMark as assumed answeredOutcomesVisibility: CA Process Automation1105 ViewsLast modified on Nov 15, 2012 4:18 PMTags:pam_-_general_discussionContent tagged with pam_-_general_discussionCategories: CA Process AutomationThis content has been marked as final.
