Sign out of Design Space, then sign back in. In some cases the Design Space session can time out and give this error instead of the prompt to log in again. If this doesn't help, proceed to step 2. Are you having this issue with multiple projects? If the issue only occurs with one particular project, you will need to re-create the project. If you have used Attach, Weld, or Slice, one or more of these actions are causing this error message. In some cases, you may just need need to redo the last action. If that does not help, you will need to re-create the project. If the issue occurs with multiple projects, proceed to step 3. Are you using system fonts in the project? If so, try using a different font to see if that will resolve the issue. If it doesn't, proceed to step 4. In some cases, this message will appear if you no longer have access to a Cricut Access plan that you had previously. If you do have an active Cricut Access plan, we recommend that you contact Customer Care for assistance ensuring that your Cricut Access plan is properly activated.
