Solved 0x86000108 error code with Exchange ActiveSync Posted on 2008-10-15 Exchange 1 Verified Solution 2 Comments 538 Views Last Modified: 2012-05-05 Hi I'm having problems with a number of our PDA's in syncing them with Exchange ActiveSync. The users are able to sync their calender, contacts and email folder structure but when they try to sync their actual emails they get an ActiveSync error 0x86000108. In the Exchange server application logs a ActiveSync 500 error. Doing some googling I came across the following KB article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=932054 which apparently has a hotfix for this issue but the KB is a bit light on information so I was hoping someone has had this problem before and knows what the hotfix does. If you can provide me with any more information before I apply it that would be great.
