I can't find this error code in the manual for this machine and I can't find it online anywhere. The only way the customer is able to resolve the issue is to restart the machine. Networks differ at each customer. One is scanning to a Win2k3 Server and one is scanning to XP/Vista machines in a P2P network. Scanning will be working fine, and then all of a sudden stop working. It will say "sending...sending....resending"... and then sit on resending. I am trying to get more information from each customer. Can anyone tell me what Error #751 is and how to resolve it? thank you! and a secondary IP 10.14.4.#. The printer was previously on the 10.14.4.0 subnet and worked fine scanning to the defined canon imagerunner error codes 099 SMB share on the SBS 2011 server. This is a departmental MFP and I recently changed all devices in this department to the 192.168.10.0 subnet. This is a flat network with no routers. Now http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/canon/8455-canon-irc3200-windows-smb-scan-error-751-a.html I can't scan to the defined SMB share on the SBS 2011 server. The client PCs can access the share with the same UNC path I am using on the MFP. The user name is the same. I'm not sure what is the matter. I have disabled the SBS 2011 firewalls and still no go. Most of the photocopiers didn't support SMB signing, so would never get permission to drop a file in the folder. A lot of the manufacturers released firmware updates to fix that. Then SMBv2 came out and it failed again because the copiers didn't support SMBv2. Given it has worked already I doubt it's an SMB version problem. So, you may have a group policy disabling SMB signing that is not working because of the change of subnet. Look through your GPOs and see if there is one that deals with SMB signing. I don't know if you can set it for just a subnet but it's worth checking that first. If you find nothing there you may have a DNS issue. Manually type in the \\server-ip\sharename
