The problem still persists. Now WatchABC has asked me a list of questions about my Charter account and once they get that, they will contact Charter on my behalf. What is so strange is PBS and YouTube work very well on AppleTV, but doing the exact same setup procedure for WatchABC and Disney fails. I'm guessing it has nothing to do with AppleTV but Charter.
