at http://ting.com/coverage and enter the ZIP we have for you, you'll see that you're just outside the coverage area. If that's the case, then you'll find you're not able to use the device in that location, but can anywhere within the Sprint service area. If that doesn't seem like the explanation to you and you think there may be something else going on, please let us know and we'll do everything we can to help. Andrew Vaughn March 25, 2013 14:19 0 votes Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google+ 0 Hi Beth, Is error 67 causing a problem for you? As I mentioned above, it's an error that comes up when a phone is trying to access cellular data but can't. Common causes could be that you've turned cell data off for that phone in your Ting dashboard, that you're on Wi-Fi, or that you're out of the service area. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to help. Rob Lake March 25, 2013 21:19 0 votes Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google+ 0 Saw the error a few times today as well (seemed to always be whenever the signal fell into "roaming"). So just leave it be? Stephan Mynarkiewicz March 26, 2013 21:30 0 votes Share Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Google+ 0 Hi Stephan, You can either leave it be, or turn data off on your phone so your phone stops looking for it. That can generally be found under Menu > Settings > Wireless and Networks > Mobile Networks > un-check

Connection error 67 3G Network Connection Failed"; in the network connections window it says it is connected.I called the Sprint Technical Service and after 1 hour on the phone they took my number and said they would call me bck in 15 minutes ... I am still waiting for that call. I have reset it 2 times and each time it does the same thing. It is active on my account and I am paying for a service that is not working. The reason I got this was so I could use at work becasue there is no internet at the moment. Is there someone who can help me with this? 19798Views Tags: none (add) overdri
