My name is XXXXX XXXXX I would like to assist you with your question.Ryan B. : This error can occur during setup and installation of the Zune software, or when the Zune software detects conflicts with the media licenses that you got when you downloaded music or videos at Zune Marketplace. Zune setup and installation errors can often be corrected by updating Windows components on your computer, or by installing the latest version of http://www.justanswer.com/computer/4wl2d-just-received-error-code-c00d11cd-want-know.html the Zune software. In some cases, Microsoft is unable to resolve media license conflicts.Ryan B. : Try one of more of the following:If this error occurred during Zune setup, try both of these steps:In your browser, go to Microsoft Update and follow the instructions there to automatically update your Windows operating system, Internet Explorer, and other installed Microsoft programs running under Windows. NOTE: If you have a slow Internet connection, updating your operating system could take hours.Uninstall the Zune software on your computer and then download the Zune software. If this error occurred while purchasing, downloading, or syncing music or other items, try signing out of the Zune software and then signing back in. This should automatically update the licenses that govern the use of the songs, videos, and other items that you've downloaded at the marketplace.Customer: Is this going to effect with my verizon dsl?Customer: I am going to try this and I will get back to you and let you know if it worksRyan B. : Nope it shouldn't affect your dslRyan B. : alright keep me postedCustomer: Sorry for the delay getting back to you but to much company glad theyCustomer: are gone.Customer: Thanks it work gets great. What i did: I downloaded the new update for zune, was an idiot and just kept clicking next and left the zune plugged in. This meant when it was all done and updated, the computer thought the zune was unplugged when it was plugged in.... great. I uninstalled the zune software and re-installed it. The computer now recognizes the zune is there (ok, i cood11cd error code thought i was getting somewhere). I go to device and it tells me i need to upgrade the firmware on the zune before continuing, i agree and it gives me this message: Device Was Not Updated Error Summary An unknown error occurred. Error Code: C00D11CD I've read this means i have added or changed my library, which i probably did. I did re-organize some pictures that were on my desktop synced to my zune, i do not remember EXACTLY which pics were where, so it is very difficult to put things back the way i THINK they were.... Is there anything i can do? Help! Thanks in advance! I converted a Christmas CD album to MP3 using Windows Media Player. I then transferred them to my Zune player however, not all music in the album is played.
