Our supplied database is written in Access 2003 for which we provide error 2732.directory manager not initialized fix a run-time licence. This works on all of the machines, but a couple of days ago the client tried to add a new Windows user to one of those PCs and now gets the following error everytime our app loads (on any user logged onto that PC). Error 2709: An internal error has occured [Global_PIA_OWC11] Our 2003 database still loads, but this error will become irritating. I suggested re-installing the 2003 run-time licence, however when this comes up with
