April 7, 2014 at 4:55 pm #218224 Morgan KayParticipant I'm trying to get EDD connected to gateway error testmode this transaction cannot be accepted authorize.net, and running into an error message. Every time I run a transaction, I get this: (92) the gateway no longer supports the requested method of integration. AuthorizeNet Error: Response Code: 3 Response Subcode: 2 Response Reason Code: 13 Response Reason Text: The merchant login ID or password is invalid or gateway error: (testmode) credit card number is required. the account is inactive. This happens whether my authorize.net account is in test mode or not. I have verified a zillion times that the API login ID and transaction key are correct. I know that the account is active, because https://support.authorize.net/authkb/index?page=content&id=A415&pmv=print&impressions=false it is currently being used on another site. I have tried contacting authorize.net for help with this, and they basically told me that they don't help with development issues. Any suggestions for next steps to take? Add New Note to this Reply April 7, 2014 at 7:01 pm #218321 Morgan KayParticipant The (not very helpful) person at authorize.net seemed absolutely positive that the problem was either the API login ID (which I know is correct) or the URL that EDD is connecting to (which ought to be correct, otherwise everyone would have this problem). Unless the API login ID is labelled something different in the Authorize.net settings, I know that I have the correct API login ID. I'm afraid this is something you can't help with either, because it seems to me like it is a problem with my authorize.net account, but I haven't gotten any useful information from authorize.net about what they problem might be.
