Code Issues T146270 The rotation GFS backup job disappeared from the job queue. T146286 The BEB Manager displayed serial number, media pool, and pool status in Device Manager and Backup Destination page for tape libraries. T16C158 The tape was ejected twice from the drive while spanning, which caused the following error message to appear: "E6092 Fatal - Uncorrectable error". This indicates that it was an illegal SCSI request. T16C159 When a backup job in the device group was running, erase tape would fail if the drive was in the same device group. (This was acceptable because the device group is locked.) After the backup job had finished running, the tape could not be erased or formatted because the device group was still locked. Compliance scanning - Oracle 12c Compatibility steffenvanloon Feb 24, 2015 8:32 AM Visibility: Open to anyone Has anyone experience in using the Database Compliance check plugin on https://community.tenable.com/thread/8513 Oracle 12? Does the Oracle Compliance check plugin also support Oracle 12c databases?I am currently in the process of creating new audit-files for our new Oracle 12c build. These audit-files are mainly based on the CIS guidelines on Oracle 11g, with the addition of some new 12c functions. However, I am running into issues with testing these new scripts using the NASL tool. It looks error connecting like that something is going wrong when connecting to 12c instances. Auditing 10 and 11g databases is working just fine, but running the same check against a 12c Databases gives the following error:There was an error during compliance check initialization. Nessus returnedthe following error message :Some errors occurred when attempting to perform the compliance checks :can't initialize the audit engine: AUDIT_ERROR_DB_CONNECTION: an error happened error connecting to while connecting to the databaseThe NASL tool doesn't provide any additional feedback. When I enter wrong credentials on purpose, the same error is provided.I have tested the connection and credentials using the sqlplus-tool, and this is working as intended. Is it possible that the NASL-tool / Database-compliance-check plugin is not compatible yet with Oracle 12?Kind regards,Steffen 990Views Tags: none (add) compliance Content tagged with compliance , oracle Content tagged with oracle , 12c Content tagged with 12c Reply Re: Compliance scanning - Oracle 12c Compatibility Mehul Feb 24, 2015 8:44 AM (in response to steffenvanloon) We are looking into this. If I can assist in any way, please let me know.I already created some straces this afternoon, but unfortunately the console-windows already auto-disconnected before I could make a copy of the output. If this provides any help, I can perform these actions again. Like Show 0 Likes (0) Reply Re: Compliance scanning - Oracle 12c Compatibility Mehul Feb 27, 2015 8:27 AM (in response to steffenvanloon)
