I've had experiences like that before; Getting Errors I didnt have before, after applying a patch. Log a Service Request with metalink, and they'll give you a code fix, to correct the defective code, or they'll give you a replacement patch. But do ensure that the impact of the error is on the standard Oracle product, not any customization, other wise they'll throw it back at you. Good Luck! Timothy. Add entry "PassEnv GWYUID" 4. Bounce the Apache. -kishor Profile Timothy Agaba Posted: 13 February 2007 02:36 PM [ # 3 ] Jr. Member Total Posts: 42 Joined 2006-05-15 Thanks for sharing the solution. I think its a very good practise for blog members to share solutions to inquiries they make on the blog, even when they havent necessarily obtained that solution from apps blog. In that way, should any one else encounter the problem, they have the solution for reference. In the long ran we can also build an issue log and solutions databank on this blog. You will obviously need to install the 32-BIT version of Oracle Client to communicate with BIDS which is a 32-BIT application!
