In the CodeWarrior IDE go to Help->About->Installed Products to see what version you have. If it's not at least 8.8 then download and install the 8.8 CW PA followed by the 8.8.3 CW PA Update. If you already have 8.8 CW PA then try this: run C:\Program Files\Freescale\CodeWarrior PA V8.8\ccs\drivers\usb\setup.bat to re-install your USB TAP drivers. I hope this helps.-RonLike • Show 0 Likes0 Actions Related ContentRetrieving data ...Recommended ContentnodeJs yoctoCreating a FreeRTOS project using KDS and Kinetis SDK Project V2.0C example for FSCI (KW41Z)How to use LPTMR KSDK driver in a FreeRTOS projectNXP FTF Connects - Orlando - September 22, 2016 ABOUT NXP Investors Partners Careers RESOURCES Mobile Apps Press, News, Blogs Contact Us FOLLOW US NEWS 11 Jan 2016 Photo Advisory -- US Secretary of Transportation, Anthony Foxx, Meets With NXP CEO Rick Clemmer at CES 2016 Read More NEWS 11 Jan 2016 NXP Semiconductors Announces Conference Call to Review Full-Year and Fourth Quarter 2015 Financial Results Read Mo

If so, which version of Altera? I don't have Quartus II in error connecting to front of me to check where to change the speed, but I know that version B (and version A) of the altera byte blaster had signal integrity issues at high speeds. Rev C was created to resolve this and my understanding is that it did. –Gustavo Litovsky Jan 16 '13 at 17:07 1 I have the USB Blaster. I don't think it is the problem because I can program the CPLD fine with it, but not the FPGA. –Randomblue Jan 16 '13 at 17:12 1 What is the error that you're getting when you try and program the FPGA? –Gustavo Litovsky Jan 16 '13 at 17:59 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 3 down vote accepted According to this page, unfortunately the answer appears to be no: Solution ID: rd11142008_293 Last Modified: Sep 11, 2012 Product Category: Devices Product Area: Download Cables/Hardware Product Sub-area: USB Blaster Device Family: MISC Title Can I change the TCK frequency when using the USB-Blaster download cable?
