Field Remedy 1. E354 is displayed as a result of replacing the PCBs listed below with a new one in order to troubleshoot different problems. - Main controller PCB - Soft ID PCB - Counter memory PCB Consequently, put the original PCB(s) back to the host machine and troubleshoot the problems. 2. If E354 recurs even after the step 1, follow the steps below. Please note that the soft counter data will be cleared to 0. 2-1) Replace the counter memory PCB with a new one, which is installed at J1002 on the main controller PCB. The counter Memory PCB is not assigned as a service part. Please contact a division concerned for procurement. 2-2) E355 will be displayed at next power-ON.
