If you want to get their attention, I would post on their site also. "MSN not available right now" - Is that the exact message, or does it mention "Contacts not available right now" ? As for your picture being distorted, its an issue with your camera settings. Go into audio video setup, go to cam, go to advanced, and tweak your settings to fix it.
