Ordinal 584836 missing in Module 'ole32.dll' !!! Please Check your SYSGEN variable !!! The problem is I cannot find an ordinal 584836 anywhere! I have http://www.yqcomputer.com/1023_12046_1.htm grepped all *.def files for the string "584836" in the the entire PUBLIC https://groups.google.com/d/topic/microsoft.public.windowsce.platbuilder/EOhS6Pwm1RQ and PRIVATE WINCE500 tree. I am following the instructions by Doug Cook from this post: http://www.yqcomputer.com/ #419df5e242cf74ff -J Tom Moon Qualnetics Top 'function @ Ordinal 584836' is missing! by Chris Edgi » Wed, 16 Aug 2006 23:21:56 Tom, a review of COREOS\NK\KERNEL\loader.c in the CE5 private shared source error function code shows that this is an unreliable debug message. The parameter being displayed as an ORDINAL in the debug message is very possibly a relative pointer to the DLL being searched. Don't know for sure about this case, I'm just making the point that the debug message is unreliable. I would suggest that you run a DEBUG build and enable the ZONE_LOADER1 and ZONE_LOADER2 debug error function @ zones in NK.EXE - then you'll got a lot more info from the DoImports function (which is where this debug message is coming from). -Chris Qualnetics Corp cedgington at qualnetics dot com Top 1.
