The error occurs when users are trying to print from Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.x , however it is not always occurs on every documents that are opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.x, hence only happened on few documents, depend on the content. So how is error hp the solution ?. The cause of the error is the firmware. You need to update your HP Laserjet's firmware to the latest one. HP confirmed their old firmware is having problem with Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.x, and probably any later version. To update your printer's firmware you need the firmware itself and firmware update utility from here. Extract the firmware update utility and the firmware. Posted in General IT Problem When you try to print to you HP Printer it fails to print and you see the error error 49.4C02 on the lcd screen of the printer. This is normally down to a corrupt firmware on your printer. Don’t panic you MAY be able to fix this by overwriting the firmware / BIOS of the printer. IT Solution We need to re flash this printer so go to the link below and download the flash utility. ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software11/COL30519/lj-75705-2/lj24x0fw_util_08_113_0_I35128.exe It is a single file. Make sure the green ready button is on the printer. Once downloaded simply double click it, it will show you all the printers installed, select the faulty printer and click flash.
