Not only color change is sometimes very delicate and slow, but different people have different sensitivity to colors. This is not the same as being color blind, although these things are related. I can tell you how to improve accuracy. - Rinse the burette with the solution about to be added in order to reduce risk of contamination. - Read measurements from the bottom of the meniscus. Especially when preparing the standard solution. - Don't round off till the end whilst doing the calculations. Reliability refers to the constancy of your results. i.e when you repeat the titration (3 times not including your rough) you get very close titre values that also agree with classmates' results. Accuracy is the 'closeness' of the obtained results to accepted or typical results.
