Solved Assign Crystal Report parameter etabs error no 9 field value via ASP Posted on 2008-05-01 Crystal Reports ASP PHP 1 Verified Solution 4 Comments 3,091 Views Last Modified: 2008-05-10 I've been assigned a task to make all of our internal Crystal Reports viewable via Internet Explorer error in creating analysis model etabs 2015 6.x, 7.x. I envisioned this tool to: 1. Automatically create form inputs given the parameter fields in the report (simply go to step 3 if no parameter fields found) 2. Gather values from post 3. CRViewer does not allow this as far as I know) All reports are written in Crystal Reports 8.5. I have had minor successes using different approaches to view and export the data to end-users for reports that contain no parameter fields. Contains options: "All Parts" and "Just parts w/ on-hand quantities") I haven't had any success trying to set the parameter's value. So I'm wondering if I'm using their COM API incorrectly. I've tried SetCurrentValue(String, 12) and AddCurrentValue(String) with no success. I've tried putting single qoutes around the string: $report->ParameterFields->GetItemByName("Info1")->SetCurrentValue("'CTM'", 12); etc. I'm just having no luck with it. If I view the report in Crystal Reports 8.5 with the same criteria it will show the desired results... so I am definitely doing something wrong. I don't care which language the solution is in (ASP or PHP), just so long as it works. Also, I would prefer not be given links to information from the Business Objects website. I've downloaded the examples to use the RDC via ASP and have exhaustively tried e
