The full message is Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime error! Program: C:\Windows|SysWOW64\RunDll.exe R6016 -not enough space for thread data I have no idea why, or how to get rid of it. My Laptop is on 24/7 as I use task manager to fire some Excel downloads overnight. If I go away for any amount of time I come back and 3 or 4 of these messages are on my desktop. Previously all icon's would also be missing and I would have just a blank screen in the morning. I now call windows explorer from a scheduled task each morning which triggers the icons to return - not a massive issue but obviously not ideal. Anyway, if anyone has any idea's of what is causing the Runtime error and how I can fix it, I will be eternally greatful Back to top BC AdBot (Login to Remove) BleepingComputer.com Register to remove ads #2 dicke dicke Paraclete Members 2,108 posts OFFLINE Gender:Male Location:Charlotte, NC Local time:12:00 PM Posted 01 May 2015 - 07:34 AM Welcome, What are the specs on your HDD? size and free space Security software installed and current. scan

Program C:\WINDOWS\SysWow64\RunDll32.exe Tags: Windows Rundll32 Runtime Last response: 1 December 2015 15:23 in Windows 10 Share Jay0253 8 October 2015 06:59:01 (Not sure if this is in the right topic place, but didn't see one for drivers). Hello. I've been trying to update my Nvidia drivers, and I haven't had this problem until now (been using Windows 10 for about a month or two with many past driver updates not giving me any problems) and http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/574766/runtime-error-syswow64rundll32exe/ I keep getting this error. One solution was to do a registry cleaner, and I did that, but still got the error. Help? I don't really understand now. Here's the full error: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program C:\WINDOWS\SysWow64\RunDll32.exe This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
