Luckily, somebody has created a http://h3x.no/2011/02/25/jpackages-error-missing-dependency-usrbinrebuild-security-providers fix as a rpm package 🙂 wget http://plone.lucidsolutions.co.nz/linux/centos/images/jpackage-utils-compat-el5-0.0.1-1.noarch.rpm rpm -ivh jpackage-utils-compat-el5-0.0.1-1.noarch.rpm https://forums.cpanel.net/threads/yum-update-error.155978/ And then jpackages works.
