WAM01-20-2009, 09:16 AMStart, Search, All Files and Folders, type in Inbox.dbx and when you find it, Delete it. It will be rebuilt the next time that you open OE. If you did a factory restore, I don't understand why you are still having this problem. amber199701-20-2009, 09:46 AMHi, and thanks for your quick responses :-) MMFELL, I did the scan as you suggested and when it was done I did not see any errors or options to fix anything so I’m assuming that all windows file are up to date and intact.[ the issue is still not resolved ] and to answer your question, yes my windows are up- to- date. Any other suggestions? WAM, I’m not to tech savvy so I have a question in regards to your suggestion, if I delete the file you specified and for some reason or another the OE will not rebuild it correctly will I lose the file for good? [ I don’t have a backup cd for windows ] at lease now I can access outlook 1 time each time I start my computer and I don’t want to lose that ability. So it is safe to do that? Thanks, A
