There are a lot of causes for that. CPD might not be running on the module itself, or there might be routing/firewall/network issue between the management server and the module. Check that you can login to the module. Run cpstat fw, make sure everything is running and happy. The module should be listening on 18191. Check that eve

I have tried re-installing the system code and have installed patch 1-1C0771 (along with many others) and I still get the message "Error connecting to server. Please check internet connection and/or Proxy settings. Error no. 10" I error no 10 have called KM tech support (I am a dealer tech and trained on the fiery) and they could not find a solution at all! Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? After Fiery restart, remote desktop to it. Can Internet Explorer get out to external sites? Now, try Fiery's System Updates again. Same error? Go to Start, then right-click on "My Computer. Select Properties. What does it say under General tab, "System"? SP2 or SP3? It should be "SP3" If it is not, contact KM Tech Support and obtain: IC-408 v2.0 SP3 upgrade.
