At a breakpoint it said that that variable had "No current context (stack frame) <" I'm just wondering what that exactly means. java netbeans boolean share|improve this question asked Apr 5 '12 at 23:33 kullalok 3722715 add a comment| 1 Answer 1 active oldest votes up vote 5 down vote accepted Simple answer : The debugger simply tells you that it can't evaluate your variable because your boolean variable is not in the memory at your breakpoint. It seems that whenever I point my cursor at most anything in a Java source file, I get a tooltip popping up that says http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10037454/no-current-context xxx =>No current context (stack frame)< where xxx is whatever the cursor is on. What does this mean? Thanks. Johnny S. I needed a breakpoint to see current thread information. However, I still do not understand the messages: debug: Have no FileObject for C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_18\jre\lib\sunrsasign.jar Have no FileObject for C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_18\jre\classes in the "debug" window.
