error 421 - 10051 * - al conectar con SMTP Articulos de Interes Respuesta del servidor: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server ..., connect error 10051', Puerto: 25, Seguridad (SSL): No, Error de servidor: 421, Número de error: 0x800CCC67. (Puedo recibir correos pero no enviar) Este tipo de error suele ser porque el ordenador no puede establecer conexion con el servidor de envio de correo (SMTP), ahora bien, desde el ordenador hasta el servidor de envio de correo o servidor SMTP hay varias conexiones, dependiendo del tipo de red y/o configuracion en la que estemos podemos tener mas o menos pasos intermedios, asi que lo que tenemos que hacer para encontrar el problema es ir probando cada uno de los puntos en el camino y ver en cual de ellos comienza el problema. Aquí menciono los mas tipicos puntos intermedios que existen para tenerlos en cuenta (considerando que la conexion a internet esta operativa y lo hemos comprobado usando el navegador) : Puntos a verificar en el Odenador/PC 1.- Programa de envio de correo (Outlook Express, Outlook, Thundebird, Evolution, etc) 2.- Antivirus ( El Avast y otros antivirus suelen dar problemas de configuracion, incluso hay casos en los que todo iba bien y depronto deja de funcionar despues de que se bajan actualizaciones) 3.- Firewall (usualmente el de windows, y en ocasiones funcionan el del antivirus + el de windows) Puntos a verificar fuera del Odenador ( todo lo que esta entre nuestro pc y el servidor de correo smtp) 1.- Proxy o programa de gestion de los recursos de internet para la red (se suele tener uno de estos en redes, para administrar tanto a los usuarios de la red, como los servicios a los que ellos tienen acceso. Aqui tenemos que asegurarnos de que estamos habilitando la salida por el puerto 25 que es el estandard usando por el SMTP 2.- Firewall de Red 3.- Router, ADSL, DSL, CableModem, etc.. (hay redes en las que incluso existen varios routers en cascada, cuando este es el caso lo mejor es intentar conectarnos directamente al que tiene salida a internet para ver si el problema esta en uno de los routers antes de llegar al de salida) 4.- Proveedor de internet o ISP (Ej telefonica, orange, etc.) Hemos tenido varios casos en los que el problema radica en el proveedor de internet, pero no en todos los servicios, es decir hay internet pero no hay salida para el puerto 25 necesario para enviar correos mediante el SMTP, algunas veces por falla o mantenimiento de sus servicios y otras (las mas frecuentes) porque por alguna razon nos han detectado como que se envia SPAM desde nuestro pc, en este caso el proveedor nos bloquea la salida a traves del SMTP, par
