Download the the MySQL Administrator program: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/administrator/ or http://mysql.he.net/downloads/administrator/ 7. After unzipping, launch "MySQLAdministrator.exe" directly out of the unzipped directory by double clicking on the MySQL Administrator.exe file.
